After proudly serving as a Navy
Hospital Corpsman with assistance to the U.S. Marines, I embarked on a
fulfilling thirty-one-year journey as an educator in the esteemed Sayville
School district. Honored with the title of New York State Teacher of the Year
in 1990, my passion for serving others and fostering growth has been a driving
force throughout my career. Armed with advanced master's degrees from St.
John's and Hofstra Universities, I also contributed as an adjunct instructor at
Dowling College.

In 2004, I transitioned into the
world of real estate, leveraging the skills honed in the classroom – patience,

transforming their aspirations into reality. From 2005 to 2022, I proudly
